The location is perfect, just minutes from the airport, and the pool area is nice for relaxing. The breakfast wasn't great, and I found the water pressure in the shower was low. Happy hour specials were a nice touch, and there's a fun billiards area too.

The pool area is nice with plenty of space to relax. The elevator was really slow, which was a hassle. Enjoyed the happy hour with good drink specials.

Everything was just right.

Breakfast was delicious, and the late lunch had great flavors, though a bit pricey. The staff radiated friendliness, and the free shuttle made everything so convenient, including a smooth ride to the cruise port. Our room was clean and had a pleasant balcony—just wish there were chairs to enjoy it. The pool area was lovely but could use more seating, as some loungers needed repairs. Had a few hiccups with the elevators and the air conditioning, which led to a room change. Still, it was a restful stop before my cruise and I would definitely return.

Comfortable stay, but the shuttle was late and the elevator was slow.

The room was clean, featuring a spacious balcony, but it could have benefited from better temperature control; the air conditioner struggled to maintain a comfortable environment. The bed was a bit too soft for my preference, sinking too much. Noise from the hall and the periodic beep of the shuttle was noticeable, with thin walls amplifying sounds. Limited towels and hangers were provided, although extra hangers were delivered promptly when requested. The shower had decent pressure, but the shower head was clogged, affecting flow. The outdated TV lacked streaming options. Cleanliness overall was satisfactory, though minor maintenance is required.

The outdoor swimming pool was the perfect spot for sunbathing and lounging with friends. The staff felt like family, always ready with a smile and helpful tips! Super easy airport transfers made our arrival and departure a breeze.
Would definitely recommend! ❤️✨

The pool area is a true oasis; I could've spent all day there. The location is super convenient for airport access and the staff have a friendly vibe that makes you feel welcomed.
Getting a table for breakfast felt like waiting for a bus that was never coming.

The hotel has a great play area for kids, so they can have fun while you unwind. Plus, the shuttle service is perfect for getting to the airport without any hassle.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still worth it.

The noise level was unbearable—loud parties next door and a constantly barking dog kept us up all night. It felt like a frat house, and there was zero response from the front desk. Never again!

A solid selection for a brief hiatus in Miami with best value. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Regency Miami Airport is ideally located just minutes from MIA, making it perfect for weary travelers. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff's warmth truly enhances the experience. Daily housekeeping ensures comfort, making it a reliable choice for a short stay.

the room itself was quite disappointing. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and there were stains on the bed and in the shower. The bathroom sink was also not draining properly, which was quite off-putting. On the upside, the room did have a balcony, which was a nice touch. One major issue was the slow elevators. Waiting 5-10 minutes for the elevator to arrive, only to have it move at a snail's pace, was frustrating and a bit nerve-wracking. The hotel is also undergoing renovations, and it's clear that this has impacted the experience. the location of the hotel was convenient for both the airport and cruise port. The airport shuttle pickup was smooth, but the drop-off left much to be desired. The staff, however, was uncooperative and non-responsive, which put a damper on our stay. One aspect that stood out was the lack of information provided in the room about hotel amenities or local attractions. It would have been helpful to have some guidance, especially for out-of-town guests like myself.

This hotel is a gem for anyone looking to explore Miami as it's just a short stroll away from great dining options like Catch of the Day Seafood Bar & Grill and La Granja, both less than a 5-minute walk, and only a walk of about 10 minutes will get you to the unique Burger Museum by Burger Beast while famous spots like Wynwood Walls are just under 7 km away, plus you can always hop on the shuttle to Miami International Airport if you're jetting off somewhere else; the spacious rooms and lovely balcony make it an ideal place to unwind after a day of adventure, but on the flip side, the breakfast isn't worth the price and some room amenities could use an upgrade.

Friendly staff, including exceptional shuttle drivers. I would choose this hotel again if the price is right. the photos are misleading. Carpeted rooms instead of vinyl wood? Disappointing. The bathroom was poorly finished, with caulking that looked amateur at best. Waiting 1.5 hours for a shuttle isn’t acceptable, especially when it’s supposed to run every half hour. Options for dining are limited and the prices are steep. Breakfast starts too late for early travelers. Noise from adjoining rooms was excessive, despite the hotel’s low occupancy. unexpected charges have left a sour taste. For the value, many better options exist nearby. Would not return.

Stayed near the airport with a free shuttle every 20 minutes. Room was comfy and clean. Enjoyed the functional weight room. Experiencing the seafood restaurant next door was a plus, and the pool area was awesome for relaxation.
Some confusion with the room caused delays. Breakfast lacked variety and was expensive, especially for vegans.

The Grab-and-Go breakfast saved me when rushing for my flight, and the poolside dining was a nice touch. I felt like a VIP stepping into the elegant lobby. Fancy marine mammal shows entertained me, in a weirdly fun way.
I loved my back pain from the sunken bed and moldy fridge! .

The room we had with my squad was massive — perfect for pre, gaming before hitting the clubs in South Beach! And the pool area was straight fire for chillin' after a wild night out. Plus, the free airport shuttle was clutch for our late, night arrivals!
Yo, if they added a cool rooftop bar with sick beats and late, night munchies, this place would be the ultimate spot for the party animals like us! .

The proximity to the airport was convenient for my early flight. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance getting a package. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Had a great shower with super hot water—the best, right? The room had a clean balcony, and the shuttle service to the Cruise Port was a lifesaver.
The room lacked personal toiletries and needed a revamp. The gym equipment was old and broken, and the slow elevator was a drag.

The multi-lingual staff pleasantly surprised us with their excellent service, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. The Lounge at Sonesta Hotel offers a relaxing ambiance with a fine selection of wines, cocktails, and a delectable lunch and dinner menu. The upscale tree-lined neighborhood around the hotel provided a charming setting with stylish shops and relaxing cafes for a delightful experience.
Lack of non-rolling desk chairs.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and well-appointed bathrooms. Convenient shuttle services and a good bar/restaurant nearby.
Felt really comfortable, couldn't find any reasons to complain.

My stay at this Miami hotel had its ups and downs. The staff, especially the girl named Arletis at the bar, were exceptionally kind and attentive, making my time there enjoyable. The cleanliness and organization of the hotel were impressive, and the meals served were delicious. The comfortable beds and spacious rooms, complete with a fridge, were a definite plus.
There were a few drawbacks that affected my overall experience. The bathroom seemed unstable, with the feeling that it could fall apart at any moment.

the sonesta is clean and perfectly located - making it easy to get back to the biscayne. the 24 hr shuttle service is a big plus, and the staff is super helpful. it's also close to a great restaurant with a lively atmosphere.
Would definitely recommend.
